Northville Trails
Nestled back off the main road Northville Trails subdivision consists of 88 homes custom homes built. The original builders sold to a waiting list crowd in 1992. Even today, great resale is enjoyed by the homeowners. Strong family values, pride of ownership, great lawns and warm friendly people looking out for their neighbors are still excellent traits enjoyed by the residents of this great subdivision.

Parkstone
This luxurious neighborhood has approximately 68 homes in it that were built between the years of 1994 - 1998. Parkstone is located north of 6 Mile and west of Haggerty and many of the homes have a view of either Parkstone Park or a pond! These gorgeous homes are conveniently located close to major expressways, tons of shopping and fabulous dining options. Top notch lawn care is a welcomed must here!

Brookstone Village
This highly desired Northville neighborhood has approximately 67 homes in the subdivision. Brookstone Village is located south of 6 mile just west of Haggerty Road. These newer homes were built between the years of 1996 - 1998. There is strong pride of ownership in this neighborhood with every homesite well kept and manicured. Northville Colony Estates
Northville Colony estates has approximately 260 homes in the neighborhood that were built in the early 1970's. Residents of this community enjoy numerous amenities and acitivies year round, some of which include: a Subdivision Garage Sale, a Summer Picnic, a Campout in the Park, a Christmas Party with Santa, and a Holiday Light Contest. The neighborhood also features a common park with a tennis court, basketball court, playground, and a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a fireplace.

Whisperwood
Nestled between the beautiful historic towns of Northville and Plymouth, we are also just minutes away from Hines Park recreation area and Maybury State Park. Nearby shopping and restaurants help make Whisperwood the ideal location. With only two winding streets and no through traffic, biking, jogging and walking are pleasant and common activities.

Maple Hill
Maple Hill subdivision has approximately 178 homes in the neighborhood that were built between 1985 - 1988. Maple Hill is located north of 6 Mile Rd just West of Haggerty. A lot of these homes have gone through rennovations so you will see a lot of updated kitchens and bathrooms in this neighborhood as well as well cared for lawns

Northville Commons
Northville Commons neighborhood has approximately 325 homes in the neighborhood that were built between the years of 1971 - 1980. The subdivision is located between 5 and 6 Mile Roads between Haggerty and Northville Roads. This community has 22 acres of parks including 1.6 miles of paved walking trails within the subdivision, lighted tennis courts, basketball court and a pavilion.

Lakes of Northville
The Lakes of Northville has over 11 acres of natural, wooded commons area which provide walking, hiking and play opportunities for all members of your family! The location of the subdivision is between 6 and 7 mile roads and between Haggerty and Northville Road. This community has approximatley 304 homes in it that were built between the years of 1979 - 1986

Cascades of Northville
Cascades of Northville is a peaceful community of uncommon privacy and serenity, yet residents still enjoy the close proximity to the area's best offerings. 63 spacious homesites are carefully planned to overlook the tranquil waters of Waterford Lake, woodlands, natural ravines, or pristine open space, not other homes. Brooklane neighborhood is located East of Sheldon Rd and South of Six Mile, across the street from the Northville Township offices. Brooklane subdivision was built during the years of 1971 -1990 and there are approximately 140 homes in the community

Ravines of Northville
These custom built homes are located north of 6 mile and east of Sheldon Road. These homes offer 2 story great rooms with soaring ceilings and a full wall of windows. Some homes back to Hines nature park wich is great place for family fun day, to go for a jog or simply to relax in the sun.

Woodlands of Northville

Woods of Edenberry
The Woods of Edenderry is comprised of 101 spacious homesites on 77 acres with 16 acres of protected woodlands and wetlands. The gently rolling terrain was carefully developed to include scenic walkout-level and private cul-de-sac sites. In addition, the subdivision was designed to complement Northville area's Victorian charm, and includes winding sidewalks, lush green lawns and old-fashioned street lamps. This was one of the first communities in the area of this scale that featured high-end homes in the million-dollar price range, and due to its high demand and success, several other communities followed

Hills of Crestwoood
Hills of Crestwood, also known as Crestwood Manor. This community is actually 2 subdivisions with 1 homeowners association. This spectacular Northville community has approximatly 172 homes in it that were built between the years of 1990 - 2000. These magnificent residences have a lot to offer with lots of ammeneties

Northville Hills Golf Club
The Northville Hills Golf Club Community offers luxurious new homes on an Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course. Homeowners receive an uncommon standard of excellence, superior design, and quality craftsmanship. These homes were built by Toll Brothers, one of Michigans top home builders.

Stonewater
Stonewater is considered one of the most prestigious subdivisions in Northville and is one of the only waterfront subdivisions in the area. Stonewater offers six spectacular lakes totaling 115 acres. The subdivisions lakes, waterfalls, trout stream, lawns and walking trails are more than remarkable! The trout stream is more than a mile long and has been faithfully restored to enable the native fish to reestablish their natural habitat.

Hickory Creek
Hickory Creek condos are located in Northville, North of 6 Mile and West of Beck Rd. Built in 1994 and feature Cape Cod style condos - which have master bedroom on 1st floor. Close to everything ~ great shopping, banking, expressways, parks, restaurants, and Costco.

Acardia Ridge
The Estates of Arcadia Ridge feature natural beauty with rolling hills, lush trees and tranquil ponds. This Pulte built community is south of 6 mile road between Ridge and Beck roads. There are 248 homes in this neighborhood and they were built between 2005-2008.

Steeplechase
Minutes from historic downtown Northville, Steeplechase of Northville features 274 homes on generous wooded and rolling home sites in a spectacular setting. Enjoy the on-site pools, clubhouse, and fitness facility or stroll the miles of walking trails and sidewalks and gorgeous lawns within the community and at the neighboring Maybury State Park. With a prestigious address, serene country setting, and excellent Northville schools, Steeplechase of Northville is the ideal place to call home

Northville Ridge
Northville Ridge subdivision is just past Ridge Rd and just before 6 Mile Rd turns into a dirt road. So it is west of Ridge Rd and South of 6 Mile Rd on the western edge of Northville and Wayne County. It has approximately 356 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 2004 until 2010. There were still empty lots in 2010 in the western most part of the subdivision.
